We are excited to invite you to our women’s health retreat where you will be exploring the concept of balance in body and mind.

Mindfulness-Movement-Nature

Gentle and nurturing health activities where you can choose your own level of participation.
Program tailored to your capabilities, but with just an element of challenge.
Exploring the elements of water and forest in your wellness journey.
May offer a selection of : yoga, canoeing, Stand up Paddle boarding, meditation, goal setting, walks, journalling (weather dependent)

Our final program is dependent upon DHHS guidelines & restrictions due to COVID
Maximum of Four Women Only

– You are interested in joining with other women in exploring self-care through; nature, mindfulness, movement, connecting with others &
yourself.
